Jakarta, 6 March 2012 - As per Bank Indonesia's approval through Governor of Bank Indonesia Decree No. 14/7/KEP.GBI/2012 dated 22 February 2012, business license of PT Bank Dipo International has been transferred to PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna effective on the date of the Decree.

In addition, to comply with Bank Indonesia Regulation No.: 11/1/PBI/2009 dated 27 January 2009 on Commercial Bank, specifically Chapter VII on change of the bank's office address Article 50 Clause (4) point a, and as per Bank Indonesia's approval No. 14/70/DPIP/Prz dated 24 February 2012, effective on 27 March 2012, the Head Office of the Bank is relocated from:
